With aggressive growth plans over the next several years, Management Opportunities exist at the Assistant Manager, Chef Manager, and Chef Director levels.

Assistant Manager: The Assistant Manager supports the General Manager (Chef Manager) in all aspects of shift management including: staffing, training, administration, and managing food and labor costs. Previous 1-year management experience required.

Chef Manager (General Manager): The Chef Manager is responsible for the smooth operation of the business unit to include: staffing, training and development of the team, running a great quality shift, managing costs, and driving sales.

Chef Directors: The Chef Directors oversees a region of 3 stores and reports to the Vice President of Operations.

Manager-In-Training Program: All new managers are trained in Training locations that exist in each market. The M.I.T. Program for new managers is tailored to the experience of the individual, but in general it is a 12-week program and consists of the following:

• Heart-of-House (Kitchen) Training: 4 weeks
• Front-of-House (Dining Room) Training: 2 weeks
• Management Training: 3+ weeks
